Oh how I wish to be.....Forever 21!

So while I was searching the web high and low I came across some dresses that look high but are very low! I know in a time of the recession, Fashionistas have become Recessionistas! Some have found this to be a harder feat to pull off than others. I just happen to be one who has been shopping like this for years, well before the recession. I have 2 little Princesses and we all have to be fly! Anyway I'm passing on my FAB finds to YOU! Forever21 is the site and you must stop by. They had all the trends and a couple of classics at a fantastic price. All of the dresses below are under $40, and at prices like that you can buy all 8 and trick yourself into thinking that your not feeling the blow of a tighter budget....at least for a day or so. Ruthie and Me!

OK so if you haven't heard of Ruthie Davis, she is this rediciously FAB shoe designer with designs to LIVE FOR! I was turned on to her by my dear friend Raval (Hey Beauty Bee...lol). Upon entering her website www.ruthiedavis.com I was greeted by yummy flats, delicious booties, and divine pumps that made me go loco!! They were absolutely stunning, bright color combos, big bling, studs, and straps! Ahhhh what more could a girl ask for.......
